California Derby Galaxy: Supernovas will be again hosting the Cosmo Chaos Tournament, taking place on October 11th - 13th (Sat, Sun, and Mon – note that Monday is Indigenous Peoples Day; note that this is the same weekend as MRDA Champs). in San Jose, CA. The event will include 12-18 sanctioned games (estimated) over these three days. Participating teams will be announced later, but can be expected to be in three approximate tiers of play:
- WFTDA NA-West 1-25
- WFTDA NA-West 35-55
- WFTDA NA-West 65-90
This form is for submitting applications for Tournament Lead positions (GTO, THNSO, THR.)
Selection of THOs will be made by the California Derby Officials (CDO) Leadership group.
Selection of GTO will be made by Supernovas Leadership Team (Novas LT).

Travel Reimbursement : The Supernovas are offering a $150 travel reimbursement to individuals who serve as THR, THNSO, or GTO at Cosmo Chaos 2025.
Code of Conduct: THOs and GTO are expected to embody and enforce the California Derby Galaxy Supernovas Code of Conduct.
