OHD including national games - eg JRDA?MRDA World Cup

Hey!

Currently the National tag isn’t included in officiating history documents for JRDA (or MRDA) games. (as per 3.2 of the manual)

Is there are reason for the JRDA World Cup not to count as national competition?
I believe they should be listed as national, as they were high quality games competed at an international level.

Not that I can think of. Enter it as you see fit.

You should be able to copy across the rows for your game history which are provided in the crew info pack. These are marked as JRDA National where appropriate, with Reg for the games which were forfeited. Please bear in mind the pool games do need to remain marked as Other/Other as per the info pack. With a gameplay length under 40 mins these are too short to be considered as following the Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby. While the OHD Manual hasn’t been updated to allow for the (JRDA/MRDA)/Nationals combination, the OHD itself doesn’t throw any errors when this data is used.

In fact it has! Page 10 under section 3.2, the second-to-last bullet point includes, “For example: short games of under 40 minutes duration do not fall under the WFTDA/MRDA/JRDA rules and so must be classified with the Association listed as Other.”

Thanks Muffin, when referencing the OHD Manual needing an update, that was with regards to the possibility of JRDA/MRDA games being able to be registered as National under 3.2, where the table currently reads as N/A. I have edited my original message for clarity
