Online Learning site (was) down (and is now restored)

We are currently having an issue with the online learning site being down and showing an error message. We have reached out for customer support and hope to restore access as soon as possible. We will post once the site is available again.

Update: Yes, site is back up.

Root Cause and Resolution: There was an issue with the recurring payment method. Even though Thinkific’s documentation says that there are email notifications when there’s a payment failure, no one received any notifications, including the “account owner”. Our instance was downgraded to the free level, which does not include custom domains/URLs. Once payment was made and restored, we “upgraded” our account to the prior level of service and restored the custom domains. We’re still working to validate if there are any other account settings that need to be restored. (If anyone notices anything… weird, please let me know.)
