Officiating Technology - OHD Admin - FILLED

We need to hire someone to assist users and answer questions related to the Officiating History Documents. The primary and immediate responsibilities include:

  • Monitor email inbox and respond to questions and requests.
  • Monitor the online feedback form and answer when possible.
  • Troubleshoot common errors (we have a guide) and help users resolve when able.

We need someone that can:

  • Work with the google document ecosystem, specifically Sheets.
  • Trouble-shoot common technical problems.
  • Communicate with users respectfully and helpfully.
  • Maintain confidentiality (job includes access to the account that owns all OHDs)
  • Consistently Respond within a couple of days.

Long term, I see this role as eventually assisting in larger projects.

This is part of the Officiating Tech function of the Tech Pillar. The OffTech Chair position is currently vacant, so it would be reporting directly to me [Tech Officer] for now.

We have a backlog of issues / requests at the moment, but once caught up, I want to say there are maybe 5-10 messages a week.
