Cross-posting for Officials’ (and public) visibility:
In order to facilitate a quicker cataloging of WFTDA StatsBooks on the Public Stats Repository, WFTDA has now created an online Google form for stats submission. The stats@wftda.com email address will now only be used for questions and support, and will no longer accept StatsBook submissions starting March 1, 2025.
Statsbooks must be submitted only via the new Statsbook Submission Form
In order to use the Google form you must either have a gmail account or may have to register a non-gmail email with Google Suite
These emails must also work with Google Suite to be accepted.
All gmail accounts already work
Non-gmail emails, like yahoo.com or hotmail.com , may not work unless they are registered with Google.
To register with Google, go to google.com and in the upper right of the browser you should see a button marked “Sign In.” On that page at the bottom left you will see a button that says “create an account.” Use that, with your non-Google email, to register it with Google.
Statsbook files will only be accepted on the Google form as an Excel spreadsheet or Google Spreadsheet. No other format will be allowed (PDF, photos of paperwork, etc).
Only one game can be submitted on each Google form. Games played within tournaments will require multiple Google form submissions.
Statsbooks submitted from games and tournaments from 2023 onwards can be viewed in the Public Stats Repository
The deadline for Statsbooks submissions remains unchanged. Statsbooks need to be submitted within two weeks of game or tournament completion.
OffTech is working on updating the WFTDA StatsBook and StatsBook Manual instructions, but the The New Chartering/Sanctioning System Instructions - Google Docs document has been updated.
Thank you for your attention to this change. We hope it will make stats available for use much more quickly than the email system did.

The StatsBook and Manual have been updated with the new process and links (and many other formatting updates to align the Manual with WFTDA style guidelines).
